All returns must be processed within 15 days of the delivery date. Returns and processing vary depending on the shipping location. Please see below for more details.

Please send an email to orders@silkygild.com with your full order number to place a return. You will then be given instructions on how to send the package back to our warehouse. Please be sure to include the original order number inside the package.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

Refunds can take between  3-10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are only allowed back onto the original form of payment.
